ProSol Associates (PSA), a Seaport-e Prime contractor, is a dynamic small business providing high-quality professional services to the federal government. We specialize in the critical areas of intelligence operations and analysis, IT support, contact center support and program/ project management. Our mission is to create value for our customers—before, during and after service delivery—while maintaining the highest moral code. As a result, we have quickly built a reputation for service excellence, integrity and speed. PSA provides focused expertise in Intelligence Operations and Analysis, Information Technology, and Program and Project Management to organizations such as the US Marine Special Forces, Special Operation Command, Defense Intelligence Agency, Transportation Security Administration, and the Department of Labor.

We will provide technical capabilities and support services in:

  • Zone 2: National Capital Region,
  • Zone 3: Mid-Atlantic Region, and
  • Zone 6: Southwest Region

SeaPort-e is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract vehicle. SeaPort-e was designed to provide an efficient ordering system for government agencies to obtain high-quality support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. Authorized ordering offices include:

  • Naval Sea Systems Command
  • Naval Air Systems Command
  • Space and Naval Warfare Command
  • Naval Supply Systems Command
  • Military Sealift Command
  • Strategic Systems Programs
  • Naval Facilities Engineering Command Office of Naval Research
  • United States Marine Corps are authorized ordering officers.
