All-Source Requirements Collection Manager

Location: Afghanistan

Job Description

Works in the ISAF/USFOR-A and IJC CJ2 Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division (ISR-D). The candidate shall be responsible for coordinating all ISR collection requirements and ensures all intelligence data is properly disseminated within the ATO.

The All-Source Requirements Collection Manager shall monitor various systems for new nominated requirements, validates, and distributes them as required. The candidate shall develop training tools as required on all aspects of ISR-D mission accomplishment.

The Candidate shall interfaces with CENTCOM and external and internal ISAF/USFOR-A Collection and Requirements Managers including entities within ANSF/GIRoA to answer intelligence related RFIs and de-conflict or collaborate on theater HUMINT requirements and reporting.

The All-Source Requirements Collection Manager shall give presentations and briefings when required. The candidate shall travel (ground/air), as required, throughout the CJOA-A, in order to accomplish directed support activities. The candidate shall provide written and oral reports and briefings as needed.

Qualifications

  • This position requires a Minimum of 5 years HUMINT operational experience or HUMINT Collection Management experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required. Background in Afghanistan, South West Asia Regional analysis, Geo-Political analysis, or HUMINT analysis preferred.
  • This position requires a Bachelor's degree. The candidate shall possess a thorough understanding of HUMINT collection, requirements, reports and HUMINT communication architectures. Previous coalition/joint assignments, specifically J2X assignments preferred as well as analytical or operational HUMINT assignments. Management/Supervisory experience is desired.
  • This position requires former MOS of 35L/M, 351L/M, 180A, 18F, 35D/35E, 1N, 35F, 350F, 18F, 35A, or DoD civilian/joint service equivalent.
  • The candidate shall be proficient in utilizing basic computer applications, Microsoft Office products an Intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and taskings.
  • The candidate shall have knowledge and familiarity of national systems such as M3 and experience with Intelligence Community systems, mission applications, and communications capabilities within INTELINK, JWICS, and SIPRNET.

Category I Linguist

Cultural/Language Instructors (CAOCL)

Job Description

ProSol Associates, LLC is looking for qualified candidates to fill openings for this position in NC and CA.

Experience in the Iraqi culture and/or language needed to train U.S. troops preparing to deploy. Ideal candidate will be a former Marine, or have in-depth understanding of the Marine Corps culture (a former staff NCO, company grade officer) and have operational/ground experience interacting with Iraqis in country. Language instructors should be proficient in Iraqi dialects, and also fluent in English. Secondary to the Iraqi language and culture instructors are Afghan language and culture instructors. Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

Job Description

Candidate will provide emergency medical support for live fire ranges, clinics, and field support personnel. He or she will work closely with military personnel ensuring that all medical needs are met during high risk training evolutions, including but not limited to work outside of North Carolina.

Qualifications

  • All Candidates must have a high school diploma
  • Candidate must possess a current National Registry or North Carolina Emergency Medical Technician Basic certification along with current Tactical Casualty Combat Care (TCCC) instructor.

HUMINT Analyst

Job Description

Supports a CI/HUMINT or intelligence analytical team of military and/or DoD civilian analysts in support of CJ2X and/or CJ2 analytical requirements. HUMINT Analyst provides analysis of IIRs and HRs, provides feedback and IIR and HR evaluations, source directed requirements (SDR)s, time sensitive collection requirements (TSCR)s, ad-hoc collection requirements (AHCR)s, and supports source validation. HUMINT Analyst conducts analysis of source reliability and report credibility, and communicates that analysis to the collector in support of the source validation process.

This position provides HUMINT analysis and assessments in support of HUMINT source validation. This position is mid level analyst. The HUMINT Analyst position is responsible for researching, developing and presenting CI/HUMINT and all-source intelligence products at the tactical, operational and strategic level as part of an overall analytical team. The HUMINT Analyst is also responsible for intelligence analysis related to counter-terrorism, HUMINT, Afghanistan and South West Asia regional issues, political/military analysis and support to targeting.

Screener

Job Description

Conducts screening on both Host Country Nationals (HCN)s and Third Country Nationals (TCN)s for access to ISAF/USFOR-A military base camps to recommend access or denial of access in accordance with ISAF/USFOR-A SOPs, and must adhere to the standards and procedures set out in FM 22-2 Human Intelligence Collector Operations.

The screener will coordinate and work in conjunction with base level force protection and strategic force protection operations to conduct interviews, collect biometrics data, review data collected and cross-reference intelligence collection priorities and plans, input collected data and analysis/assessments into appropriate databases, websites and portals, and support other force protection and intelligence activities.

The Screener will provide support in conducting PCASS as required per ISAF/USFOR-A and consistent with applicable policy and SOPs. former 35L/M, 351L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E or DoD civilian equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience. Strategic Debriefer or an individual with a similar skill set is desired.

Qualifications

The candidate must have experience with screening, screening tasks, and/or investigative questioning techniques and knowledgeable of SIPRNet search engines and database retrieval tools such as QueryTree and M3. Deployed experience is preferred. This position requires US Citizen with a Secret clearance.

Tactical Intelligence Analyst

Functions as a part of a general military intelligence analytical team at Brigade Combat Team, Regional Command or ISAF Joint Command or equivalent in support of S-2/G-2/J-2 analytical requirements.

The Tactical Intelligence Analyst is responsible for analysis, reporting, data-basing and dissemination of Human Terrain Analysis, preparation of provincial and district assessments, High Value Individual Targeting products, Extremist and Regional Threat Nodal Analysis, Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield products, and 24/7 Indications and Warning Analysis focused on Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices, Insurgent Intimidation Tactics and all-source exploitation of captured materials and documents.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of use of Analyst Notebook (ANB) or of DCGS-A (Distributed Common Ground System - Army) is required, but may be waived if candidate has equivalent ADP research skills.
  • This position requires a minimum of 4 years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred. Experience in either CT, Afghanistan, South West Asia regional issues and HUMINT or political/military analysis desired.
